How Much Will A Dialysis Tech Earn

Do not fear your competition, be afraid of your incompetence

I had the good fortune of living processes of learning and implementation of international systems and tools such as Lean, Six Sigma and TRIZ, as well as reengineering and organizational redesign My experience is that these tools only provide a percentage as for the competitiveness of the company, what I mean by this? That the most valuable in a company is its philosophy, What, Why? And Why? Things are made up 70% of the success of a company, if the philosophy of work is not lying and is consistent no matter what strategy you use quality will be sabotaged example, preached that security is important and the manager is the first not to use tampons or helmet in production, we say that quality is important and we do not provide working tools partners, we document our processes and play a fulfilling career for just documenting all the bureaucracy and failures we have, in short.

When the philosophy of the company is a transparent culture and live by example, not proud of directors, without arrogance of leaders who do not share your knowledge and develop their people to stay in power, seeing the company as a "system" and not as a department in which I work for my boss and my area, then things work, you can not cure the patient if not eliminate the cause of the disease, but we are calming the symptoms.
Companies have a hierarchy in terms of its competitive advantages, some just mimic what others do, others go with the inertia of their business by adapting and blending what they can and your competition is looking for a higher level optimization which involves the continuous improvement above this level are more advantages that change the game involving innovation and making a difference, finally, those who generally have no competition and benefit the whole market while the rest of this scale hierarchy are the companies that break paradigms.

My suggestion is, before thinking of others, recognizing and accepting our situation, assess what is the most suitable for my needs and be involved at all levels in customer benefits, is common to want to implement new things when we meet even with the basics, check your grounds, systemically evaluates your company, what is your purpose?, what functions and must meet my business needs? What is the structure I need to do? What processes should be implemented to successfully accomplish my purpose?, Once they identify their status defined type of company they want to be, that part of the hierarchy I mentioned want to be and plan on it, acquire the knowledge, experience and especially the attitude for it.
